What's New at the Château
Wine Maker News by Ross Proctor, Wine Maker

"We just began harvest and crushed 1 ton of Reliance, a white grape that is a member of the Muscat family. We also picked 1,000 pounds of Estate grown Sauvignon Blanc, tastes great even during fermentation. And we picked 1,500 pounds of Chancellor and are making a dry Rose. Looks to be really tasty.
New things coming around the corner - Maison Rouge, McMahan, a Malbec, a big Late Harvest Zinfandel, a Cabernet that is by far the best wine we have ever made, and a monster Merlot that will scrape the enamel off your teeth!"

"Yes, oenophiles, there is fine wine from Tennessee". The Nashville Scene's Maria Browning did a great job of summing up Château Ross in her March 1, 2007 cover story. Click here for the full article.
